1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any of the services provided by Digital Debug Den (the “Services”), including but not limited to Discord bot development, Discord server setup, website design/development, and FiveM server configuration (“Services”), you (“you”, “client”, or “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use or access the Services.

3. Services Description

Digital Debug Den offers custom development and setup services, including:

  • Custom Discord bots
  • Discord server setup and configuration
  • Website design and development
  • FiveM server setup and configuration

When you engage our Services, we will provide a written project agreement (or invoice/quote) describing the scope, deliverables, and timeline. That agreement forms part of the overall Terms.

4. Client Responsibilities

As the client, you agree to:

  • Provide any required information (e.g. server access, credentials, design preferences) promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure that all content you supply (text, images, code, etc.) does not violate any laws or the rights of third parties (e.g. copyright, trademark, privacy).
  • Use the delivered product / server / website / bot in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property & License

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all original code, design, assets, and configurations created by Digital Debug Den remain our intellectual property.
  • Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the intended purpose (e.g. running your Discord server or FiveM server, hosting your website).
  • You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, or resell the deliverables unless explicitly permitted.

6. Payment & Refunds

  • Payment terms (amount, method, schedule) will be defined in your project agreement / quote.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, deposits may be required before work begins.
  • Given the bespoke and digital nature of our work (bots, servers, websites), refunds are generally not provided once work is underway — but this may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
  • If you fail to make payment as agreed, Digital Debug Den reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until payment is made.

7. Warranty Disclaimer / “AS-IS” / Limitation of Liability

  • Services and deliverables are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty, express or implied (including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability).
  • In no event will Digital Debug Den, its owners or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of use (or inability to use) the Services or deliverables — even if Digital Debug Den has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Because of the uncertain nature of server hosting, network conditions, third-party APIs, etc., you accept that downtime, bugs, or incompatibilities may occur and agree that Digital Debug Den will not be responsible for those issues beyond reasonable efforts to fix them.

8. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

If your project involves public interaction (e.g. a public Discord server, community website, public FiveM server), you agree to comply with the following:

  • Do not use the deliverables to facilitate illegal activities, harassment, hate speech, or violations of third-party rights.
  • Do not use bots, servers, or websites to spam, distribute malware, or engage in fraudulent behavior.
  • Digital Debug Den reserves the right to refuse or cancel any project whose content/use violates applicable laws or these Terms.

9. Termination / Suspension

  • Either party may terminate the project/service agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy within a reasonable time.
  • Digital Debug Den reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to deliverables (e.g. remove server access, disable bots) if you fail to comply with payment terms or user-conduct guidelines.
  • Upon termination, your license to use deliverables will be revoked unless otherwise agreed.

10. Changes to these Terms

Digital Debug Den may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (via email or on our website). Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law / Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State, e.g. Minnesota, USA], without regard to conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of [Your County / State].

12. Severability / Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, along with any separate project agreement (quote, invoice, scope outline), constitute the entire agreement between you and Digital Debug Den regarding the Services.
